Full Moon in Capricorn and Beautiful Energy from the Schumann

Hello Beauties,

I hope y'all had a wonderful holiday weekend and were able to stay grounded throughout all the celebration and intense solar flare energies that are coming through. The Shuman chart went offline recently, signaling time shifts and energies unlike we have ever seen in this lifetime. This is a cosmic upgrade. The future is arriving faster than ever. As I write this, my entire body is vibrating after an intense hour of sitting under the trees in my sacred space. We are all feeling it whether we are aware or not. 

The Schumann resonance is a set of electromagnetic frequencies naturally generated between the Earth's surface and the ionosphere. These frequencies, primarily triggered by lightning strikes, create a global electromagnetic resonance within the Earth-ionosphere cavity. The most prominent frequency is around 7.38 Hz, often referred to as Earth's "heartbeat".

This Schumann chart shows a circular surge we experienced on the 4th of July, clearing our heart and root chakra. The black line shows that it went offline. Black out = Energy too intense to measure. When it was  recalibrated back online the huge white light surge represents a timeline jump and clearing all negative blockages. We may feel sleepy, foggy, or a little off. This energy is giving us the energy boost required to activate anything and everything we want for life. This energy, along with the full moon, is allowing us to clear out any energy that has been blocking us. Write down what you want to manifest, put it under your pillow and sleep on it and see what happens. Expect sudden clarity in your love life, finances and inner vision. Illusions are dissolving so truth can emerge.This is a big deal people.

The Full Moon in Capricorn on Thursday, the 10th, is asking us to look back on our beautiful lives and honor what we have learned thus far and integrate it moving forward. It is a time for introspection and reevaluating priorities, particularly concerning career, responsibilities and long-term goals. It is asking us to again release what no longer serves us and focus on what really matters, leading to breakthroughs in our life's work.

This full moon is all about focusing on what truly grounds you and how best to create more balance in life. It is more important than ever to ground ourselves during these high energies so we can continue to develop what our soul needs to stay balanced. When we are grounded our system is more able to relax and become more inspired and aware. Take an epsom salt bath, walk on the ground in bare feet or go forest bathing under the trees and give thanks for coming this far.

Capricorn is connected to ambition, discipline and a high sense of achievement. It is about our life's work, which isn't necessarily your career or your job. Our life's work is all about what ignites that spark in our soul when we are participating in our daily life. Whether it is writing, gardening, raising children, creating art, or going deeper into seeing what makes you tick. It is all about what lights you up and aligns with who you are on this beautiful planet. What do you do on a daily that brings purpose to your soul and feels authentic with each practice?

We are all so good at giving our power away in the smallest doses until we have depleted our resources. This full moon gives us the awareness to reclaim and focus on our power. If we are not aware of where our power or energy goes, it becomes a sieve that we continue to pour into without reserve. This is the time to become fully aware of where you put your energy at every moment of the day. Where energy flows everything grows.

At this time the flow feels a little sticky and stagnant, but it doesn't mean it's not moving in the right direction. It can feel discouraging at times when we don't see the progress of that tiny sprout we have tended to so lovingly and still we wait for that fresh little bloom to surface, knowing all our effort and patience has been worth it.

Apparently, after we have tended to all our seeds and focused our energy on all the beautiful blooms created, we need to then go inside and shift our system. If our system is not relaxed and open, we aren't able to receive all we have desired. Is your system consistently on fire and anxious or do you feel calm and at peace with all that is occuring? What deserves your focus?

When we commit to things that make our soul come alive, our system can't help but come along for the ride. If your vibe is good, your true essence will bloom. We are all learning and committing to our purpose while releasing what no longer serves us without distractions.
