Integration Energies and New Moon in Libra

Hello Lovelies,

Did your Monday feel like a Wednesday and your Friday feel like a Monday, welcome to the New World. Keep your hats on beauties, the rest of the year is about to come full circle in what we like to call karma. If you haven't released all that needs to go, life will do it for you. It's in the recognition of the actual situation that allows you to let it go. 

Our shadows are coming out in full force, everyone's is. We all have them, whether we want to recognize them or not, they need our love more than ever. Honoring every aspect of yourself is what makes you, you. Be patient and gentle with yourself. The only reason sh*t comes up that we thought we had cleared before is so we can finally release the residue for good. It never feels good, but it is definitely necessary. 

When we continue to be in the same situation over and over again and refuse to shift our perspective or even realize we are functioning in our old pattern, nothing will change. Doing things differently and allowing, regardless if it makes sense or not, will cause a shift in you and the situation and bring about more ease. Ride that wave even if you feel completely underwater. You will rise to the surface of the tide with a renewed sense of knowing and love for yourself and others.

The Schumann Resonance hit 25-30 Hz at the beginning of the month around the full moon encouraging us to release, release, release. If it doesn't resonate or feed your soul, let it go. It is never easy to say goodbye to the monotonous moments you have entrusted your life to follow. Imagine doing it a brand new way without knowing what's around the corner. You will feel so authentically pure in all that you do and realize living through your heart is the only way to Be. Trust that you are safe, protected and abundant...Always.

The New Moon happening on Tuesday, October 21st in Libra is bringing in more integration energy. We will be ending the Libra season with energy of new beginnings and transformation preparing us for the rest of the year. Libra is known for balance, harmony and justice. This all sounds super calm and easy, but with the energy around this New moon it will challenge you to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. As I have said before, we are becoming people we have never met before. We are discovering things about ourselves that are both liberating and terrifying. That's what sovereignty is all about, knowing to your core what is true and resonates, not what you have been conditioned or told you are. 

This New Moon is ushering in the opportunity to create a new plan and follow it through. This energy, more than anytime in history, is shifting our system whether we are ready or not. Write down your personal intentions for the rest of the year. Get clear on where you want your life to go, map it out, then go for it. Being true to yourself and being intentional about what you want will continue to bring ease into your world and create a more authentic life for you and how you show up in the world. Whether you choose to enjoy the ride or get caught in the door while it's pulling away is up to you. Either way life is taking you on a journey that has been needing to happen and now you get to be the driver for every morsel of your Being. You are exactly where you are supposed to be. What does that feel like?

The Orionid meteor shower will be happening on the New Moon which will make an incredible light show in the dark sky. Ground, nurture, hydrate and Be in these moments. They will heal you every time and don't forget to enjoy the ride. Life is working for you not against you. Feel the currant and jump in. It will continue to push you to the top of where you are meant to be...
