Welcome to October. Another new month. Wow! Is it just me or is this year rolling way too fast to keep up. I hope you are able to enjoy this fall weather and take a beat to ground and soak it all in.
There has been a lot of energy over the weekend getting ready for the eclipse happening tomorrow, Wednesday, October 2. Along with the solar eclipse tomorrow, there is also a New Moon in Libra. Libra supports our balance, harmony and peace within and also rules love, finances and relationships. This week we can be tested daily with how we manage to keep our balance, harmony, peace and how we flow forward to allow our inner Light to shine.
The Solar Eclipse sets the stage for the coming months ahead. We are essentially walking through a ring of fire that is calling us to trust the unknown and believe that our ultimate excellence is on the other side of uncomfortable. It is bringing in new beginnings and new paths to follow that create more personal independence and new balance in all relationships. We get the opportunity to clear out what we have been holding onto since last year's eclipse in October. Marinate on what was happening for you around this time last year and give it gratitude and grace for how much growth has occurred.
The New Moon/Solar Eclipse is more about us restoring a sense of equality within all our closest connections physically, mentally and spiritually, as we find ways to stay true to ourselves. It helps us rise up and outgrow our comfort zone in order to reach our full potential.
We are learning that eclipse energy always brings in the rapid motion of restructuring changes in our lives as we realign and integrate our lessons learned. There will be a lot revealed to us during the month of October. There are big changes coming. It's time to close out relationship cycles romantic and platonic that have not been supporting you. It's time to reflect on who you want to be moving forward. It's time to put yourself out there and open your heart to creating new connections. You never know what will happen...
As we bring in new beginnings and release the parts of our lives that no longer nurture or bring us to our highest good, I'm curious about how many lives we get to live in a lifetime. I have been a child, teen, wife, mother, student, teacher, lover, etc. So many friends, emotions, lessons, and environments. We metaphorically die each time, releasing what is no longer needed and moving up to the next level. It is also a rebirth of some sort. It's like starting kindergarten all over again and again. New people, new places, new lessons to learn. People move in and out teaching us along the way, friends that are essential and friends that carry us throughout all of them. Our tribe. What a gift.
We are always the essence of who we are, but we don't know who that is yet because learning layers of our life is the journey of living. We aren't supposed to, otherwise, what's the point. We should always be learning about ourselves, life, and what makes us tick and the love that is all around us from people, nature, and our purpose. It is all important and necessary.
