New Moon in Taurus and Mothering Retreat

Hello Beauties,

We are approaching the end of April and it has been quite a ride so far. We get a chance to reflect on what we have learned from the last four weeks and the energy of Eclipse season. For the first time in a long time all the planets are direct and no longer retrograde. This means the energy will slowly and subtly shift our perspective as we move forward. What do you truly want to create with this new energy?

Sunday, April 27th we will feel the energy of a New Moon in Taurus. The sign of Taurus is an earth sign that signifies new beginnings, focusing on grounding, and bringing pleasure into your world. It encourages self-reflection, setting practical intentions and aligning with one's values and priorities. This lunar cycle emphasizes connections with nature, enjoying simple pleasures and finding joy in the present moment. It is an invitation to shift your energetic field for abundance. This new moon helps you manifest all the resources you need to build your dreams. Set your intentions wisely. Keep it simple, but intentional.

When we stay in our personal power, focus on nourishing ourselves and others, we are able to accomplish so much more for the greater good by taking life one day at a time making sure our nervous system is continually in a peaceful, calm state. This is why it is more important than ever to take the time to kick your shoes off, put your bare feet on the ground and ground your sweet system. Watch the sunrise or sunset, breathing in slowly and deeply so your nervous system can catch up with all the momentum that life insists we participate in. It is not necessary to jump on the train. We get to choose what works best with our individual systems. Our systems are becoming more and more sensitive to the energies of daily life. Intentionally choosing to be in the moment, listening and honoring our system by giving it what it needs is also more important than ever. Take time to be in the NOW moment and appreciate every morsel whether it is good or bad, it is what it is.

We get a chance to create a new momentum and rhythm in a positive direction that fosters what resonates with YOU and only you. What works for one person doesn't work for the next. We are all beautiful individual human beings with different likes, tastes and routines that light us up in many different ways. That's what makes this beautiful world go around. The fact that we are all so different individually, makes us all connected in more ways because we each get an opportunity to bring our authentic self into each moment, allowing us to connect with more authentic people.

In the next couple of weeks I will be giving you more information about my real authentic woman (RAW) practice I am offering in May. If you would like a sample of what it looks and feels like, I invite you to my Mothering Retreat over Mother's Day weekend on Saturday, May 10th from 1-3 at Soma Studio on 4434 Highland Dr. Reserve your spot at  https://www.cnbessentials.com/book-online

We will be celebrating Mothers not just women with children, pets or plants, but mothering of ourselves and our inner child that we never received or needed when we were young. We will be doing movement, meditation, journaling, a skincare routine easy enough that you will want to love on yourself daily. You will leave with a beautiful gift of love for yourself and a thanks for participating and allowing me to be part of the first of many new ways for you to honor yourself.

As always, honor yourself by booking a treatment. My schedule is much more flexible offering more times and days for your busy schedules. https://www.cnbessentials.com/book-online

It has been a pleasure being part of your experience and welcome more. If you know anyone that would benefit from this information, please feel free to share, always.

Much love and deep respect and gratitude for you all. Appreciation is such a small word for all the love and support y'all have shown me over the years. Thank you.

Enjoy all your beautiful Spring moments,

Colette
