Hello Beauties,
It is hard to believe we are already welcoming Fall Equinox this weekend. Time to slow things down and simplify in this next season. The earth's energy is helping us clear out old, stagnant, unnecessary energy we have been holding onto for way too long. With the partial solar eclipse happening with the New Moon on Sunday the 21st along with the Fall Equinox, it is triggering a brand new beginning for all of us. During this time, in between the eclipses, it is more important than ever to purge, release, ground, whatever you need to do to raise your vibration without being weighed down by the familiarity of what you have been clinging to. Make space for the life/energy you are here to live. Do what you feel would benefit you right NOW.
This energy amplifies new beginnings and a major reset. It is asking us to close the final chapter and release what no longer serves us. It is time to create a new chapter in our memoir by bringing new opportunities or dreams to life. As with the change of seasons it is a cosmic invitation for us to release, shift, and manifest our dreams. Release the residue and get clear on what you truly desire for yourself and this new world. Let it go...
This new moon in Virgo and the last of the eclipses, brings so much light into our world if we choose to accept it. Virgo is all about clarity, simplicity, and practical steps creating lasting change. That being said, we are experiencing nothing that feels familiar but resonates and requires an enormous amount of faith in ourselves and the life we are creating. Everything is possible when we embody that which we choose to Be. Feel it, taste it, marinate in all the goodness. This eclipse season energy always brings big energy to anything and everything we create. Let go of perfection and focus on what resonates and supports you and what feels authentic and sustainable. What do you desire to create for this one precious life?
We may all feel a bit out of sorts and that is normal. As the seasons change, so do we. Fall brings a time to rediscover what we once left behind. Embrace the change of season as we embrace the change and shift occurring in our unique systems. It can be jolting or subtle. Either way it is happening whether we want it to or not. When we are open and quiet it is easier to sit with what we are releasing, but when we are running around with our hair on fire, our system has a harder time transitioning. Give yourself moments of grace and allow these feelings and emotions to flow.
Also with the season change it is time to make up a batch of Fire Cider. Never heard of Fire Cider? This tasty concoction helps boost your immune system, stimulate digestion and raises your internal body temps. Every year around this time I make a batch. It takes about 4-6 weeks to infuse. Take 1-2 Tablespoons a day throughout the winter "flu" months to keep your immune system healthy. If you start feeling a cold coming on, increase it or mix it with your soups or teas. https://blog.mountainroseherbs.com/fire-cider
I am always here to support you in this new season of transition. The perfect way to relax, reset and restore your system is scheduling a treatment with me or sign up for the 4-week authentic practice to recalibrate as well as nourish your beautiful face and well being. This is a perfect way to welcome in the new season with a fresh new you. cnbessentials.com

What is one thing you can add to your daily moments that brings joy to your world? Embrace it and get curious to see what morsel of yourself you have forgotten and move towards it. Create intentions at this time with clarity, patience and love.
