Becoming Your Authentic Self with Leo Energies

We just entered Leo Season. Shout out to my Leo sisters! Leo energy is bold, creative and deeply heart-led. Be gentle with yourself. We are experiencing an enormous amount of change in our inner and outer world.

Change is constant and necessary. Which is why I am constantly reminding y'all to ground and learn how to center your sweet self. If we are not grounded and owning our power, it can slowly leak out as we move through our day. If we are not aware and focused on where it is going, before we know it, our tank is empty and we are left with confusion, bitterness or a sense of loss for something we didn't treat as a precious commodity. Our energy is precious and it is so important to be mindful where it goes.
