Full Moon in Leo and Discovering Your Most Authentic Self

Hello Beauties,

Happy Sunday! Welcome to the second month of this new year. If it feels like last year went by fast, this year will make your head spin. Pay attention... January gave us the pause we needed to refine our best self and allow us to dig deeper into what this life is all about and what we really want to create for ourselves. There will be more solar flares this week, be patient with yourself and those around you. We are changing in ways we can't even fathom.

This full moon in Leo happening tonight is heart centered and spotlights how we show up in the world. Creating from the heart gives off a much higher frequency than doing it out of obligation or guilt. Leo is all about creativity, joy, courage and discovering your authentic self. How and where have you been dimming your light and why? What is preventing you from fully expressing your authentic self? Fear, inclusion or not wanting to leave that cozy comfort zone? We have a choice to be exactly who we are. This is the time to decide who that is in all your beauty. What do you want in this beautiful life? What makes you feel alive and your best self despite what is expected, easy or what you think you deserve? When you sit with yourself and listen for your own guidance, you become sensitive to who you are and what is authentic to you, not who you learned or were conditioned to be. Being sensitive is brave, vulnerable and is essentially honoring yourself by showing up exactly who you are.

I have been sitting and connecting with myself every morning, feet on the ground checking in with myself and imagining the day I want to have because not everyone wakes up with sunshine in their soul. It is important to connect with yourself before you go out in the world, throughout the day and when you return home with gratitude and introspect of the life you are creating. Every day is a new way of being. We all have the beauty that is ours to share, make sure it resonates with you first. 

We get a chance to Be exactly who we want on a daily. We ALL need to care for ourselves better and more often. We are all running around with a half tank at all times. Fill it up, then fill it up again. All you need to do is listen to your system and ask it what it needs, then honor it. Your body will thank you and everyone you encounter will consistently get the best version of yourself as well as your sweet self. There is no limit on kindness, love, joy, peace, sovereignty, and abundance. It is all here for us to take advantage of. Embrace this life that is offering so much and allow it to permeate in your system so you can radiate out into this beautiful, crazy world. Faith comes before the final presentation.
