Hello Beauties,
I hope you are enjoying the much cooler weather this week. I closed down my garden yesterday and sat out in the moonlight bundling herbs last night. I love this time of year. I am so grateful for all that I have learned throughout the year and looking forward to slowing down and focusing on how best to nurture my system during the winter months.
As I looked up at the gorgeous light in the sky, I wondered if the moon seems to look different these last few months or am I different in how I see it. My love said it may be both, which makes sense. We have all evolved so much during this year, it's inevitable. With so much frenetic energy coming into us and all around the world, we need to go inside and really take a good look and see what we are truly made of.
Today is the biggest and brightest Full Moon of the year. It is in the sign of Aries, which represents new beginnings, bold action and a pioneering spirit. It is called the Hunter moon since this is the time of year that the hunters gather their food to prepare for winter.
It is a time for more clarity and emotional release, allowing life to give us what we need when we release what no longer serves us. It is time to access the courage and strength needed to make bold decisions, set clear boundaries and walk away from situations that don't serve our highest good.
This is the last supermoon of the year giving us the extra surge we need to release anything and everything that no longer serves us and finally choose to live out loud our purpose that not only serves others, but more importantly, ourselves. We are the most important person in our lives, celebrate that fact by giving yourself extra love and gratitude daily. When we love on ourselves, we have so much more to give in so many ways. We really are magic!

You can also give yourself some extra love with some Lavender Breast Oil with 10% off in October for Breast Cancer Awareness. As always, a portion of all sales of the Lavender Breast Oil goes to the Survivor Wellness House.
This oil contains Mustard Seed Oil which is antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and enhances firmness, elasticity and circulation. Pomegranate Peel is rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The Lavender Oil is antibacterial, calms, soothes and relaxes. The Frankincense Essential Oil is anti-inflammatory and promotes peace and tranquility in your overall system. This along with a simple breast massage, can help increase the health of your breasts.
If you came to the retreat last month, it is time to strain your fire cider and put it in the fridge to sip on during the winter months.
If you weren't able to make it to the retreat, there will be plenty more. I will be doing another retreat for Chinese New Year in February, if not before. Mark your calendars.
In the meantime, here is the Fire Cider recipe we used. This is so beneficial for cold and flu season to keep your system healthy and nourished. You can drink it straight with a little honey, put it in soups, teas, or salad dressing for that extra nutrient your body needs during the colder months.
Thank you and I hope you are able to take advantage of any and all things that are offered at this time of year and remember to take extra care of your sweet self. You are so important to this world. Enjoy this super full moon and all the energy it brings with it. May it empower you to become everything you have ever wanted to be and more. Shine on...
Much love,
Colette
